The UCD Sustainable Development Goals Research Seminar Series

The UCD Sustainable Development Goals Research Seminar Series aimed to highlight how groundbreaking work led by UCD researchers and colleagues from academia, government, industry and the charitable sector contributed to SDG targets in Ireland and further afield.

The aim of the UCD Sustainable Development Goals Research Seminar Series was to awareness of the SDGs, the important work going on in UCD, as well as identify areas for future research and collaboration.

The Seminar Series seeks provided a range of live events featuring panels of leading researchers discussing their current work in relation to one of the Goals, followed by an opportunity for the audience to join the discussion and contribute their perspective. Each seminar aimed to represent multiple disciplines and has been by Schools, Research Centres and Institutes in locations across the UCD Belfield campus.

Many of the resources from the seminar series are available as part of the programme section of the website @ https://sdgseminars.ucd.ie/programme and could be used to follow up on students’ Climate Action education to further promote discussion, engagement and awareness.
